Windows: delete certificates
If a certificate has been declared unsafe or has reached your PC unwanted, you can delete the certificates under Windows. Our instructions will help you with this.
Delete certificates under Windows
- Press the [Windows] and [R] keys simultaneously so that the "Execute" command opens.
- Enter "certmgr.msc" here and confirm with "OK". Then the certificate manager starts.
- Find the desired category on the left side and the appropriate certificate on the right side.
- Right-click on the certificate and select the "Delete" option.
- If you confirm the operation, the certificate will be deleted and declared invalid on your computer.
