Cancel Runtastic Pemium - how it works

A Runtastic Premium membership costs you money every month. Canceling the service is very easy thanks to Runtastic's customer-friendly attitude. We'll show you two ways to do it.

Cancel Runtastic Premium - how it works

You can cancel your Gold membership (Premium) either online or in writing. Most contracts at Runtastic can be canceled at any time, but check whether your contract contains other conditions.

1. Log in to the Runtastic website with your account data and click on "Premium Support" under your name.
2. This opens a contact form. Select the categories "Basic and Gold Membership" and "Cancellation of Gold Membership". You can then choose a reason for termination and submit the form.
3. Written termination by post is more reliable.
4. Tip: You do not have to explicitly cancel a trial gold membership. This simply expires and you will be downgraded to a basic account.

Unsubscribe easily with the subscription alert

The easiest way to cancel your Premium account with Runtastic is by subscription alert. All you have to do is add your data, print out the letter and then send it. As an option, Aboalarm can also take over the termination entirely for you: depending on the payment method selected, the service costs EUR 3.49 or EUR 4.49.
