JDownloader: Plugin defective - you can do that
JDownloader has hundreds of plugins, so it can happen that one of them is broken. We'll show you several steps you can take to solve the problem.
Repair broken plugin in JDownloader
JDownloader supports pretty much all one-click hosters and also has a corresponding number of plugins to put the links of the hosters in the download list:
- You will receive updates almost every time you start, so you should not delete the download from your list. It may help if you wait a few days for an update or restart the program.
- If you don't want to wait that long, it is best to update your Java version.
- Try downloading the file directly in the browser instead of using the JDownloader. How to find out whether it is due to the hoster or a defective plugin. The fastest way to do this is to right-click on the part and select the "Open in browser" option.
- If you wanted to load the file with a premium account, temporarily switch your account with premium status on and off. You can find the accounts under "Settings"> "Plugin & Addons"> "Host".
- If none of the previous steps helped, it is best to completely reinstall your JDownloader.
